Gogglebox fans are loving Sid Siddiqui's 'incredible' dance moves

Gogglebox fans have rushed to compliment Sid Siddiqui on his dance moves after he shared a video online.

The Siddiquis have been on Gogglebox since it launched back in 2013. Baasit, Umar and their dad Sid are much-loved by viewers, while third brother Raza also often puts in an appearance. Sid is a retired engineer, who has been married to wife Nasreen for 38 years. The 75-year-old is not as prolific on social media as other Gogglebox stars.

Recently, however, the grandad has started to share videos of himself dancing on Instagram. One clip, uploaded on Thursday, is seeing Sid inundated with praise.

The video shows the Gogglebox star dancing in his kitchen. The routine includes him picking up a plate, which he then uses as a "drum". Fans have rushed to have their say on the clip. Joan said: "What a star! Groove it Sid", while Lisa said: "You do make me smile".

Shamine said: "Love your little musical numbers, reminds me of my dad", while Elizabeth said: "What a superstar", and Shirley said: "You're a legend, always make me smile". Lauren said: "Incredible moves Sid!"

Sid's Instagram page is well worth a follow, according to fans. Last year fans gushed over his "wholesome" account. The Gogglebox stars are currently taking a well-earned break from filming, with the popular Channel 4 show set to return to our screens next month.
