Gogglebox BAFTA winner Jenny Newby pays tribute to co-star Lee Riley following surgery

Gogglebox's Jenny Newby has paid an emotional tribute to her TV co-star Lee Riley after missing the majority of the last series of the show due to a mystery medical condition.

During her time off the rest of the cast of Channel 4 's hit series scooped a BAFTA award in May in the category 'Best Reality and Constructive Factual'.

After missing the awards ceremony due to undergoing surgery, the 66-year old has now returned to the limelight by sharing a message to Lee from her garden via the pair's joint Instagram account.
