The partial collapse of a new building belonging to God’s Pantry Madison County Food Bank Wednesday is still under investigation. The collapse sent four workers to an area hospital. Richmond Fire Chief Sam Kirby said the call came in shortly before 10 a.m.
“We received a call of a structure collapse. Upon our arrival, we found building trusses that were being placed and had partially collapsed.”
