Devon- based Burrington Estates has secured planning permission to build 28 new homes at its flagship development at Winslade Park in Exeter.
A total of 34 sustainable three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, and four affordable two- and three-bedroom homes will be built at the 86-acre site, which already has commercial office space and leisure facilities.
The team secured £28 million of funding from Paragon Development Finance in January.
