GMB panel congratulate Alex Beresford on his engagement to girlfriend Imogen McKay

The Good Morning Britain panel have sent their congratulations to Alex Beresford following the announcement of his engagement to his now-fiancée Imogen McKay over the weekend. Vick Hope addressed the news on Monday morning's GMB alongside hosts Ranvir Singh and Richard Madeley.

"Our very own Alex Beresford announced his engagement to Imogen McKay on social media last night," the 32-year-old said: "So from everyone here on GMB a huge congratulations!". The panel then clapped with Madeley adding he was "on a roll" following his win on All Star Musicals just a week earlier.

"Big week for him yeah!" Vick replied with Ranvir adding: "Congratulations to Alex and Imogen there, it's lovely news!". The GMB weatherman, 41, has been dating 29-year-old Imogen since August 2020 after they were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend.
