Good Morning Britain fans were fuming today when a guest on the show claimed Princess Diana wouldn't support Harry's Netflix documentary.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's bombshell series starts on Thursday - and it looks set to be explosive.
In a trailer for the show, Harry, 38, says he's concerned Meghan, 41, will meet the same fate as his late mother after being "hounded" by the paparazzi.
But broadcaster Andrew Pierce wasn't having any of it.
Speaking to host Susanna Reid, who seemed to sympathise with the L.A-based couple, he said: "One other thing, he's used Diana in that footage.
"What does he think his mother would make of this? What mother would not want to bring peace between two sons?"
Fans were appalled by the comments with many taking to Twitter in disgust.
One said: "That’s disgusting that. Bloke claiming he knows Diana more than her own son. Vile."
Another wrote: "This really sad all these grown people can lay to one woman the hate display is unbelievable to #MeghanMarkle @GMB."
While a third tweeted: "His Mother Diana would be very proud that Harry is taking no s**t from any of you right wing hypocrites Andrew. Completely uncalled for what you just said. Grow up ffs and leave them be."
Fellow guest speaker Kevin Maguire also disagreed with Andrew, saying: "He knew his mother better than any of us and he lost his mum in terrible circumstances when he was very, very young so I understand why he wants to be protective."
The heated discussion prompted a lot of reaction on social media, including fans saying they were sick of the whole thing.
One asked: "Anyone else bored with Meghan and Harry now?"
Another complained: "I swear to god the only time on #GMB they ain't talking Harry and Meghan is the weather segment."
While a third mused: "Not again. There’s no escaping these two."
The much hyped Harry & Meghan has two must-see trailers.
The second dropped yesterday and shows the former Suits actress sobbing as Harry declares a "war" has been waged against his wife.
The footage has attracted widespread criticism, including from former GMB host Piers Morgan, who slammed the couple for using his voice to promote the show.
He famously fell out with Meghan after refusing to believe she had suffered mental abuse at the hands of the royal family.
However, the mum-of-two has many supporters - including Loose Women's Judi Love.
She praised the Duchess for speaking out against racism, saying she was 'heartbroken' by what Meghan claims she has endured.
