Hometown hero Adam Taggart is set to leave Perth Glory just three months after re-signing, but the A-League club insist they haven't pushed him out the door.

Glory captain Taggart penned a new one-year deal with the club on May 29, but is now set to join Vietnamese club Hanoi FC, coached by Socceroos legend Harry Kewell.
