A Canadian-headquartered global design firm is to open a new office in Manchester city centre which is already home to the likes of Amazon, The Co-op and WeWork.
IBI Group has taken approximately 6,600sq ft on a 10-year lease at the Dantzic building, part of the 20-acre NOMA neighbourhood.
The group has exited its offices in Didsbury and Rochdale in order to set up the new UK headquarters.

Dantzic is a grade II-listed building which was originally built in 1937 and now offers close to 45,000 sq ft of workspace spread across six floors.
NOMA is owned by the international business of Federated Hermes, a global investment manager, acting on behalf of an institutional investor.
MEPC, which Federated Hermes recently acquired, is the development and asset manager for the regeneration project.
Stephen Bradley, director - investment management at Federated Hermes, said: "Our vision for NOMA was always to create a new beating heart for Manchester’s innovators that will help the city continue to punch above its weight and stand tall on the world stage.
"IBI Group, with its focus on technology-driven design and sustainability, is absolutely in line with our vision of delivering something truly unique, creative and innovative at NOMA and we are proud to be attracting like-minded businesses to the neighbourhood."
Peter Ridley, director at IBI Group and lead for the new Manchester office, added: " Manchester remains one of the most exciting cities in the UK and our new headquarters at Dantzic, NOMA will support our growth and expansion, as we look to grow our pipeline of projects in not only Manchester but the wider North West region.
"NOMA’s central location, digital and transport connectivity and proximity to a wealth of talent is ultimately what drove our decision to relocate and we look forward to being part of the neighbourhood."
Workman undertakes property and estate management across NOMA. Colliers and JLL are retained office agents. Lyons Thompson Letts and Colliers are retained retail and leisure agents.
