Aaron McCarey is relishing playing a key role in Glentoran’s quest to win a first league title in 13 years and says he’s the happiest he’s ever been in his career.

The former Wolves goalkeeper has endured a rollercoaster time so far at the BetMcLean Oval since joining the Big Two giants from Cliftonville in July.

The fallout from a high-profile suspension for lashing out at teammate Bobby Burns in the final stages of a 2-2 draw with Coleraine in September is now firmly in the rear-view mirror.
