A woman has told of her anger after she was left with no heating in her rented home for almost two months during winter.
Jolyne Joestar, a calibration technician in Carlton, Nottingham, said she had to bear temperatures between zero and three degrees after her boiler stopped working on December 10 last year.
She said one night it was so cold that a glass of water froze.
