A Glasgow street has partially been cordoned off following an alleged 'disturbance' yesterday evening - which saw a 37-year-old woman rushed to hospital.

Emergency services, including police and fire fighters, scrambled to Mingulay Street in Milton at 6.35pm on February 6 and the woman was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today, the Daily Record reports.
