Glasgow woman 'held hostage' by stalker swan who won't leave her alone

A Scots woman has gone viral after she posted a video of herself being 'held hostage' by a persistent s wan who barricaded her doorstep.

Tiktok user Siobhán posted the clip of the angry bird who was stopping her from leaving her home.

The mum-of-two, from Glasgow, showed the swan trying to come inside and even standing in front of her car as she tried to pull out of her driveway.

The hilarious clip raked in more than 47k views since being posted five days ago with the caption, ‘My life is a joke’.

She can be heard asking the bird "What’s your problem big man?", and "Are you going to just stand at the door as if that’s normal?".

Later, as the swan blocks her car on the road, Siobhan is heard saying "Excise me pal, this is a joke. I'm literally being held hostage by a swan".

The bird lives directly across the street from Siobhán at a local pond but has recently become a determined visitor at her house.

It appears the fitness instructor eventually grew fond of the animal as she posted later videos of her going to the supermarket to buy it some food.

But when she presented the bowl of cabbage, lettuce, and cucumber, the swan hissed at her and tipped it over.

A second person said: “That swan loves you!”

A third person said: “It’s got anger issues, must be a Scottish swan!”

A fourth person said: “I am now invested in this swan."
