Glasgow has been voted one of the most 'miserable' places to live in the UK.
It comes after the Office for National Statistics (ONS) carried out a nationwide survey on personal wellbeing.
Respondents were asked to give a rating out of 10 alongside their sense of life satisfaction, how worthwhile they feel, and levels of anxiety, The Mirror reports.

Glasgow city came ninth place out of twenty local authorities judged the lowest for 'happiness' up and down the UK. Meanwhile, South Lanarkshire ranked in 19th place.
The ONS said average rates of overall wellbeing had improved between September 2021 and March 2022, but had still not returned to levels recorded before the Coronavirus pandemic.
