A hugely popular soft play centre located in Shawlands which shocked fans by closing its doors for the final time last month could soon be reopening.
The much-loved Whale of a Time soft play took to social media to announce it was shutting down the venue on Pollokshaws Road at the end of January.
At the time, the firm stated that they wanted to thank all of their customers but could no longer continue due to a "fall in visitor numbers and issues with the landlord and previous owners".
However, the centre, which was known for its focus on educational fun for those under the age of 11 and birthday party spot, could soon re-open at the rear of Shawlands Arcade with a new name.

Parents in the southside will be delighted to hear that they have once again begun posting on Facebook under the name Fun World Glasgow.
Posting on the former Whale of a Time Facebook page, they wrote: "Super Excited to Opening Soon.
"We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve the centre to bring you Fun World Glasgow the new name at Whale Of A Time."
One fan wrote: "So happy it’s opening again! My toddler loves it here."
They also asked if a popular centre manager called Julie would be working there still, which they confirmed that she would.
When someone else asked if it would be in the same unit, they responded: "We’re still in [the] same being have renegotiated with the landlord still more than originally but hopefully, we can make it work."
Another asked: "Will you be running any ASN sessions we have a group of local mums looking for ASN sessions in mornings midweek."
To which the firm added: "This is something we’re definitely looking at we have a sensory area also coming in a few months time!"
