Glasgow search ongoing to trace missing man last seen leaving city centre bar

Police are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace a missing man last seen leaving a bar in Glasgow city centre.

James Bedford, from Lanarkshire, was last seen about 5.40pm on Monday (April 18) leaving Bucks Bar on West Regent Street.

The 45-year-old intended to go to Glasgow Queen Street Station to get the train home however it is believed that James remained within Glasgow city centre. His current whereabouts are unknown.

He is descried as 5ft 8, average to heavy build, short brown greying hair and has short facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black Stone Island jacket and dark coloured jeans.

Anyone who may have seen James since this time, or who has any information which may assist police with their enquiries, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident 0935 of 20th April 2022.
