A 13-year-old boy has tragically died four days after being hit by a car in Glasgow.
The young schoolboy has been named as Artian Lushaku. He was struck by a red Toyoa Aygo car on Balmore Road in Glasgow, on May 10 at around 5.55pm.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and he was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children, however sadly he was pronounced dead on Sunday, May 14.
Police enquiries into the collision are ongoing and officers are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "A 13-year-old boy has died following a road traffic collision on Wednesday, 10 May, 2023.
"The incident occurred around 5.55pm when a 13-year-old boy was struck by a red Toyota Aygo car in Balmore Road. Emergency services attended and the boy was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children.
"He died on Sunday, 14 May, 2023.
"He can be named as Artian Lushaku. Enquiries into the collision are ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
"Sergeant Nicholas Twigg said: “This is a deeply distressing time for Artisan’s family as they try to come to terms with his death. It’s imperative we establish the full circumstances of the collision and our investigation remains ongoing.
“We are keen to hear from the driver of a white van who was in the area around the time of the incident and we would ask them to get in touch with us as we believe they could assist with our ongoing investigation.”
"Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 3122 of 10 May, 2023."
