Glasgow's Ubiquitous Chip welcomes spring with brasserie rebrand and new menu

One of Glasgow's most famous restaurants, which has been visited by the likes of Michael Keaton, Kylie Minogue, Keira Knightley, Lewis Capaldi, and Craig Ferguson, has announced a rebranding of its Brasserie.

The Ubiquitous Chip in Ashton Lane is welcoming spring with the new identity for The Brasserie, with a new venture called 'Upstairs at The Chip'.

As part of the refresh, the lively upstairs bar and popular upstairs dining space will also have a new menu brimming with "Scottish provenance and seasonality".
