The fun bakery business known for its rude cookies and bakes has announced it is set to open a new shop in Shawlands.
The duo behind Rude Cookies, which only started during lockdown and have since gained a huge following thanks to their irreverent products and fun social media posts, stated they've secured premises on Minard Road in the southside.
Currently based in a workshop in New Gorbals, co-founders Magda Lo Bianco and Aga Taylor shared a photo on Instagram with a special "Southside W**ker" cookie for the announcement.

"We'll be opening a shop on Minard Rd in a few months. We can't wait to take you on this journey."
Magda, who recently celebrated a double win – Best Bakery and Best New Business – at the Scottish Business Awards, revealed to Glasgow Live that they've just got their hands on the keys and there is still loads of work to be done but that she is very excited about the project.
"We are hoping to be open by the end of summer," the thrilled entrepreneur said. "The other place will remain as a workshop while the one in Shawlands will be the coolest wee coffee shop in Glasgow, with delicious coffee, cakes, merch and of course, our decorated RUDE cookies."
We can't wait to see it when it's finished.
