Glasgow businesswoman Jamie Genevieve has written an emotional farewell to her VIEVE community as she prepares to wrap up work ahead of the birth of her first child.
Expecting a baby girl with her husband, Jack, the make-up influencer who owns the successful brand, named after herself, is currently 38 weeks pregnant.
Taking to her brand's Instagram account she penned the letter saying she was excited to embark on the next big step in her life and the "most exciting journey of becoming a new mum."

In the caption she wrote: "To my dear VIEVE community,
"The time has come where I bid you farewell for a little while. I felt it was only right that I check in with you all personally before I depart on the most exciting journey of becoming a new mum and leave you in the capable hands of my incredible team for now. Rest assured, I will be checking in!
"Over the last nine months, I have been working away on the gorgeous launches you’re going to meet during my maternity leave, these products are some of my favourite innovations yet and I know you are going to love them as much as I do. I treasure working on this brand that is so incredibly important to me and to have combined it with carrying this baby girl who I already love so much has been my greatest privilege.
"I can’t wait for you to get to know the VIEVE team better over the next few months, and there are going to be some new (and familiar!) faces here to share the passion and love you have for beauty too. Best believe I’m going to be watching in with you all while being nap trapped!
"Thank you all for allowing me to create a brand I feel so proud of. What a dream it is to develop products that make us all feel our best and encourage us to pepper in that little bit of self love every day."
The news comes as the 29-year-old said that after the birth of her first child, she will turn her placenta into pills.
Talking during her latest YouTube video as part of a Q&A as she applied her make up, the influencer said that her husband, Jack, is a tad "freaked out" over the idea.
During her video uploaded to her channel she explained: "One thing that I think is absolutely wild that I am doing is - and I can't believe I am doing it but I am because, why not? And Jack is freaked out by it but I am doing placenta encapsulation.
"I am getting it made into tablets to take and I honestly don't know how I feel about it myself, but I am doing it because it can't hurt and that's going to make everyone think I am nuts but I am quite excited about it. Everything I've read about it and everything that I have been told about it is pretty good."
