Two brothers who have taken Glasgow's street food scene by storm with their epic wood-fired pizzas have announced they'll be opening an extra day to cope with demand.
Ryan, 41, and Jay Bharaj, 39, the duo behind the hugely popular Dough Man's Land Pizza, say they'll now be opening on Thursdays, to make sure even more people can enjoy their delicious hand-made pizzas.
Sitting around the corner from the Ox and Finch on Derby Street, at the entrance to Kelvingrove Park, the pair are usually serving from the back of their distinctive green horsebox from Friday to Sunday from 12 pm until the pizzas run out.

"We are super excited to be opening the horsebox up on Thursdays now as well," stated Ryan. "The last few months have been fantastic and the amount of support we have received from people has been off the charts.
"As we have been getting busier, we have found ourselves selling out more often, meaning that some people have been going home pie-less.
"We are also aware that there are potentially a lot of people who work in the area but not on Fridays. This combined with the nights getting longer and the weather getting 'warmer' it just felt like the right time to pitch up an extra day."

The duo say Thursdays will feature the same offers as they do on the Friday, with any pizza on offer at £6 until 3 pm, while students can enjoy that price all day.
Jay added: "We are hoping to be able to offer our wood-fired delights to new people, as well as allowing our regulars the opportunity to eat four pizzas a week, instead of just three.... we can't wait. Make no mistake, Thursdays are the new Pie-day."
Jay revealed that as well as ramping up the days they will be open, they are also experimenting with some new toppings including fennel salami, hot honey, and a spicey Schiacciata, which they say need to be tried to be believed.
