Oaka Supercity - city centre and west end

Doubling as both a store and a place to sit and relax whilst enjoying some delicious food and drinks, this place has three locations - 130 George Street, 145 Kelvinhaugh Street and 221 New City Road - with each being popular among locals.
On their website, Oaka explain they opened their "first retail supermarket on George Street in Glasgow City Centre. We specialise in retailing produce from all over Asia, including China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and more.
"Over the following years, we have expanded our business operations, including vending operations, franchises, events, and restaurant and cafe businesses. We currently operate across 11 cities in the UK within the group, hoping to bring more Oaka’s to the UK and Europe in the coming years."

Mowgli Street Food - city centre
Founded by Barrister and Food writer, Nisha Katona MBE, in 2014, Mowgli has a number of restaurants spread across the UK, with Glasgow being its first Scottish destination, opening in Easter last year
Nisha Katona said ahead of the Glasgow opening: “It is to feel like the tired colonial buildings in Calcutta, tree roots growing through, street food vendors sizzling their golden spiced magic in corners lit only by the amber twinkle fairy lights.”

Described as 'a fresh honest home and street food kitchen: pared back and unplugged', Nisha Katona added: “Mowgli is a home from home for the hungry and continues to be for our teams and guests. It is a place that is toddler and dog friendly, Somewhere you can spend time alone with a book, fed and plugged in”.

Dockyard Social - west end
Describing themselves as the "slickest spot in G-Town for real good street food, Dockyard Social serve anything and everything you can think of from Bangkok Street Food from Noi’s Cafe to Authentic Greek Gyros from the Gyro King.
Not only that, you'll be able to find cocktails, Glasgow's epic stuffed cookies by popular local business Chulo's, hand-stretched Neapolitan Pizza to loaded Waffle Fries from their in-house fry experts at Abandon Chips - and loads more.
On their website they say that they serve coeliac, vegan and halal friendly food with "multiple options to choose from". If you have any concerns, they ask that you "speak to our traders for more information on your arrival."

HoLeeFook - east end
This Asian street food spot is a new addition to the east end of the city. Located by the iconic Barrowland Ballroom and the Barras markets, there is not excuse to walk past them with their food looking - and smelling - pretty irresistible.
Cheekily named HoLeeFook - read all about their name here - the husband and wife run eatery is already so popular you'll want to maker sure you head down asap.

Feta Street Food
If you are heading to an event and see these guys, you may want to jump at the chance of trying it with the local business catering for public and private evnts.
Feta Street Food are a Glasgow based street-food company with a passion for all things Greek aiming to bring the "vibrant and exciting cooking of the Mediterranean to the Clydeside and beyond."
Serving up Chicken gyros, Pitta Fries and Filo wrapped parcels of Feta drizzled with honey and sesame, just the thought alone is making us need their food.
It's worth by starting that at the time of writing, they are on "pause" as a result of their trailer being stolen, they wrote on Instagram. You can read more about it below.
