A 13-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after he was hit by a car on a Glasgow road.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Balmore Road after they received reports of a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at around 5.55pm today.
Paramedics attended to the injured teenager on arrival at the incident.

The schoolboy was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children after he was struck. His condition is currently unknown.
Officers have closed off the road as they carry out an investigation.
A Police Scotland statement read: "Balmore Road is closed between Skirsa Street and Ashgill Road following a crash which happened around 5.55pm.
"A 13-year-old boy has been taken by ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
