Glasgow pub Lebowskis West changes signature White Russians menu to protest Ukraine invasion

Popular Glasgow pub Lebowskis West have changed their signature White Russians to protest the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The Finnieston favourite took to Instagram to share news of the menu change in support and solidarity with the Eastern European nation.

The special one-off White Ukranian cocktail changes up the classic three-ingredient cocktail for one which features colours that mirror the bands of yellow and blue seen on the Ukraine flag.

All profits from the special one-off will be donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, which is helping to provide food, water, shelter, healthcare and protection to families fleeing the conflict.

The Insta post by Lebowskis West announcing the cocktail read: "The famous home of White Russians will now only sell White Ukrainians in protest to the war.

"To help support our families, friends and the refugees in Ukraine, we have created a special one-off White Ukrainian from which all profits will be donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal."
