Property prices across the whole of the UK - including here in Glasgow - are soaring.
According to Rightmove, properties in Glasgow had an average price of £206,179 over the last year.
In addition, overall sold prices in the city across the last year were up by six per cent on the previous year and 23 per cent down on the 2006 peak of £267,486.
