The Dennistoun community is horrified at the death Glasgow man Craig Watson at the weekend.
The 39-year-old was discovered on Colwood Avenue in Dennistoun just after midnight on Sunday, April 17, and pronounced dead by emergency services shortly after.
He is believed to have been involved in a clash with people in the Whitevale Gardens area shortly before he was found injured.
People have now shared their shock at the news, paying their respects and sending well wishes to Craig's family.
One person wrote: "Rip Craig total shocker you didn't deserve that," while another added: "Can’t believe what I’m reading, thoughts go out to Craig’s family, rip bud."
Another said: "Rip Craig, can't believe this, thoughts to your family."

"Omg this is sad another life taking so needlessly," another member of the public added.
One person wrote: "Absolutely heart breaking news, rip Craig."
Meanwhile, another added: "Absolutely horrible! RIP Craig."
Police are looking to speak to a number of youths that were in the area at the time of the incident, with officers urging them to come forward to assist with their investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector Cameron Miller, Major Investigation Team, said: "Enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact cause of Mr Watson's death, however, at this time we believe that he had been assaulted after becoming involved in an altercation with a number of people in the Whitevale Gardens area shortly before he was found injured.
"Whitevale Gardens is a residential area and I am sure local residents would have either seen or heard what happened and I would encourage them to come forward if they have not already done so.
"From our investigation so far, we know that there were a number of youths in the area before and after midnight, Saturday night into Sunday morning. It is extremely important that these young people contact the police and provide any details that may assist us with the investigation.
