A nurse who worked at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital throughout the coronavirus pandemic left her job and is now travelling the world with her husband as the duo help animal shelters across the globe.
Jen and Joey Stuchlak were in pursuit of a different lifestyle and decided to pull the plug on their jobs and leave their Gartcosh home in June.
The couple - who tied the knot in March, in Zimbabwe - love travelling and animals so took the plunge and decided to leave Scotland.

They converted a van into a campervan and embarked on a road trip where they help vulnerable animals along the way. The kind-hearted duo have since travelled to France, Switzerland, Austria and Croatia.
Jen and Joey have also helped out at animal shelters in Hungary, Romania and Serbia.
The pair are in Sicily for the next couple of weeks before they spend two months in France and then head back to Scotland for Joey's brother's wedding where they'll stay for two weeks before getting back out onto the road.
Jen, 36, said working as a nurse during the pandemic was part of the reason why she wanted to leave her job which she "always enjoyed".
She told Glasgow Live: "It showed another side of working in that environment. I always enjoyed my job and I did love it but throughout the pandemic we had to work in different departments, including critical care and it made it very stressful.
"Within a couple of months we already had a totally different view on the world and the people that we’ve met. Our whole minds have been broadened as to what’s going on, it’s been an incredible experience so far."
Joey, 37, helps build shelters and dog houses and with repairs while Jen is hands on with the day-to-day running of the shelters that they visit - including the clinics.
He said: "We wanted to help animals, travel the world and experience different countries. We wanted to live with the locals and go to different villages, the only way we could do it is by road.
"It’s been an eye-opener, especially when it comes to animal cruelty. It’s a different world.
"One of the most hardest and cruellest treatment of animals to date was in Serbia. They are not seen as pets over there.
"We want to help as many animals as possible."
The couple have recently launched Orccaa, a website where they sell clothes and accessories with all profits going towards animal welfare.
Follow their journey on their YouTube page where they'll be sharing what they have been up to.
