A mum from Glasgow has slammed a Blackpool hotel after claiming she found a 'bed bug' and urine stains on the mattress in their room.
Chantelle Murray, her two sisters and her seven-year-old daughter, Lacey, had travelled to the seaside resort last week for a dance competition.
The group had booked a four night stay at the North Ocean Hotel in North Shore but left hours after arriving, reports LancsLive.
