Glasgow man claims 'discrimination' after designer boutique refuses Scottish bank notes

A designer baby clothes chain has apologised after a Glasgow customer was told that their store would not accept Scottish bank notes.

Boutique retailer Kids Cavern posted a sign outside their shopfront in Manchester warning customers of their decision.

However, today the company, which also has a premise in Glasgow’s Braehead Shopping Centre, backtracked and insisted there had been a mix-up.
