The founder of the legendary Glasgow cocktail Panther M*lk is preparing to bring his creation to an even wider audience.
Paul Crawford initially started selling the alcoholic oat drink as a side project while working at a tech start-up. It gained popularity among drinkers at Bar Tabac on Mitchell Lane. In October 2020, Paul decided to focus on developing the Panther M*lk brand full-time after being made redundant during covid.
Since then, he's taken it on the road in a converted horse box, known as the Panthermobile, visiting some of Scotland’s biggest festivals and events.
