Much-loved Glasgow institution Balbir's has announced its shock closure.
The west end Indian bar and restaurant, on Church Street, has been welcoming diners through the doors since 2005.
Bosses took to Facebook to say that "all good things must come to an end" and that it's time for them to close at the end of this month, with their last day of service scheduled for Sunday, August 28.
