Glasgow hotel launching city's first Negroni Bar - here's what you need to know

A Glasgow hotel is launching the city's first dedicated Negroni Bar.

The Dakota Glasgow hotel's Negroni Bar will open every Friday and Saturday from September 29, from 6pm til late.

A Negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part Vermouth Rosso and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. It is considered an aperitivo.
