Glasgow City Council have launched a Gully Cleaning Programme which will help prevent certain issues across the city.
Aimed at preventing flooding by tackling susceptible gullies, a team will undertake "vital environmental maintenance", according to GCC, in every neighbourhood over the coming months "with assistance from other operational services."
Written on their website, the local council warn: "We need residents to comply with the restrictions in order for your street to receive environmental improvement works, including gully cleaning, street sweeping, lining works, pot hole repairs, deweeding and delittering.
