A Glasgow filmmaker has created a brand new episode of BBC Scotland show Disclosure, where people in the transgender community speak on different issues that affect the community as a whole.
In the episode, which aired on BBC Scotland last night, Jax Sinclair, originally from Fife, visits an indoor skatepark in Glasgow to meet up with Maya, Noah and Zac - who are also in the trans community.
Maya, from Kilmarnock, opened up about the 'double life' they were leading before coming out to their parents.

Maya said: "It took them a long time to get together with it, I would be getting on trains to Glasgow to go to work, and I would literally leave the house as a boy, and then be gluing a wig on in the train toilets and changing and stuff.
"I was just leading this double life."
Noah was next to discuss how they felt, saying: "My mum's got five children, four boys and one girl - which used to be me!
"So I was just like 'Surprise!'"
Zac added: "You're always just worried people are going to deny you, and you would always blame it on yourself - because you feel like 'Oh well I'm the trans person, I feel like the issue'."
Jax asked the group about their feelings on having to come out while dating, which is altogether different step to take than coming out to friends and family.
They said: "What's the biggest challenge you have faced dating as a trans person?"

Zac replied: "I would say coming out. See when you're on Tinder or in a club and you get with someone, and it gets to a point where you're like 'I'm going to have to tell this person at some point.'
"I don't know how they're going to react, like are they going to slap me, punch me in the face, walk away from me? Or are they going to give me a huge hug? It's very tricky."
Jax also met Harry in the episode, who speaks about how he tells girls upfront that he is transgender - and Lily from the US, who feels it's their business and they wouldn't just come out as trans before they gets intimate with someone.
The rest of the episode debates whether it is a responsibility placed on a transgender person to come out before getting intimate with another person.
Describing the episode, the BBC say: "Jax Sinclair has found the very personal choice of coming out as a young trans person tricky to navigate. Jax meets other young trans people and asks whether there’s any need to tell someone you’re trans before you get intimate. What’s your business and what’s theirs? And what could be the consequences of not being upfront?"
The episode of BBC Scotland's Disclosure: 'Should I Tell You I'm Trans?' is available to watch on BBC iPlayer and will be until March 16 2023.
