Glasgow Film Theatre is to host a Martin Scorsese movie marathon this summer - and they are aiming to feature every single film made by the director that they can get their hands on!
The much-loved independent cinema has pledged to screen a Scorsese on the third Monday of the month in honour of the Hollywood legend's 80th birthday.
Scorsese has directed a whopping 25 feature length films to date including classics such as Taxi Driver, Goodfellas and The Wolf of Wall Street.

Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore appears on the bill next month, with Raging Bull and Casino set to be shown in July and August.
"Martin Scorsese will turn 80 in November of 2022, which gives us all the reason we need to begin an ongoing monthly screening night focused on celebrating his amazing body of work," organisers from GFT said.
"Since he first began filmmaking in the late 1960s, the great Italian-American director has been a vital force both in creating and preserving some of the world’s most unforgettable movies.
Added to that, the range and breadth of the films he has made over the last 50 years means that, generally speaking, everyone has a favourite Scorsese movie.
"The idea of this ongoing season is simple: on the third Monday of the month we’ll screen a Scorsese film, picked and introduced by someone from GFT’s wide community of friends and contributors."
They added: "There is no specific order to the films - we’ll just go on for as long as there are more Martin Scorsese films to play. Join us to celebrate the work of this most unique of Cinemasters, on the big screen where it belongs."
Tickets are priced at £10 per person. But move fast - we have a feeling these could sell out very quickly!
