A Glasgow family is campaigning for a rethink of covid isolation rules for people in psychiatric wards as one of their own undergoes his seventh period of isolation.
Louisa Boulazreg’s brother was admitted to a psychiatric ward at Gartnavel Hospital in February 2021 - 10 years to the day after his mother was killed by a drunk driver.
The family had been caring for him for a number of years but took the difficult decision to have him sectioned after struggling on their own.
