To mark Glasgow Cocktail Week, set to kick off in less than two weeks, an aparthotel group has launched a new cocktail room service in their Glasgow hotel to mark the occasion.
Located in the heart of Glasgow city centre, Native Glasgow is set in an Edwardian Art Deco office building, formerly the headquarters of the Anchor Line Shipping Company, with 64 apartments ranging from studio to penthouse spaces. Collaborating with bartenders from The Atlantic, Native guests can now enjoy cocktails from the comfort of their apartments.
People staying at the hotel can pick from a variety of drinks from a strawberry daiquiri mixed with BACARDÍ, Bombay iced tea with Bombay sapphire gin, Black tea and curry cordial, Fiero, Lemon, Mango Purée and San Pelegrino clementine soda. Alternatively, guests can opt for a Bootleg Swizzle mixed with Dewars illegal whisky, Apricot brandy Leajay, Lime, Coconut syrup , Pineapple, orange bitters - all made especially for the city's Cocktail Week between September 23 and October 2.

In addition to the collection of cocktails, the hotel has also collaborated with Dimaggio's in a bid to offer hungry guests some grub food, whether they're in the mood for some classic Italian small plates, homemade pastas, burgers or pizzas. And for those who have a sweet tooth, there's always the option to grab a spoon and dig into some gelato, baked desserts or drink one of their milkshakes.
In order to take celebrations even further, the hotel is celebrating with 200 complimentary tickets on offer for hotel guests that stay during the Cocktail Week.
Food will be delivered to Native reception for guests to collect, while drinks will be served from the basement floor of the hotel, which is home to the ever popular Atlantic bar and restaurant.
Gary White, regional general manager Scotland at Native said: "As an official partner for Glasgow Cocktail Week, it’s great to support so many incredible bars right here on our doorstep. And with the new addition of our cocktail room service collaboration with Atlantic makes it the perfect fit for our lifestyle apartments.”
Kostas Simos, General Manager at Atlantic Brasserie added: "Native residents can now enjoy the Atlantic experience in the comfort of their room - we think that really adds to the enjoyment of staying in this fantastic building."
