If you are unemployed, on a low income or something has recently happened, you may be eligible to claim a council tax reduction.
The amount you receive will depend on your income and circumstances.
Although you will get a reduction, if eligible, on your council tax bill, your water and waste water charges will remain, according to Glasgow City Council.
