A busy street in the city centre has been cordoned off by police after a woman was hit by a bus.
Emergency services were called to Hope Street around 2.30pm on Thursday after the alarm was raised following the incident. Police have cordoned off part of the street where it meets Sauchiehall Street, close to Molly Malone's bar.
The woman was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. Her condition is currently unknown.

Officers remain on the scene as investigations are carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.30pm on Thursday, 10 November, police were called to a report of a woman struck by a bus on Hope Street at Sauchiehall Street. Officers are in attendance and the woman has been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary."
