A restaurant based in Glasgow is set to team up with renowned chef, James Cochran, for an exciting event with locals urged to get along.
This month, the award-winning burger joint, El Perro Negro, will be representing Scotland and taking part in an exclusive takeover series.
Cochran is best known for his triumphant wins on the BBC's Great British Menu as well as his London-based restaurant, 12:51, which draws on his mixed heritage to create some of the city’s most innovative cooking.
