Glasgow is set to have a mainly dry week with plenty of sunshine on its way.
According to forecasters at the BBC, today (September 13) is set to see highs of 17C with less than a five per cent chance of rain.
As the night goes on, the chances of rain gets lower with it reaching just one per cent at around 8pm and rising ever so slightly to two per cent as we head into midnight and the early hours of the morning.

The following day is set to stay much the same with the chance of rain slightly increasing but staying below the 10 per cent mark throughout,
Thursday and Friday (September 16) is where we will see more of the sun with forecasters at the BBC predicting highs of 15C and lows of 5C across both days.
Discussing the forecast for the days ahead, including the weekend, they said: "Thursday will see a mix of patchy cloud, sunny spells and a few isolated showers reaching in from the north. Friday will be similar with periods of sunshine between areas of cloud. The odd shower may move in from the north, but any of these will be fairly sporadic. Trending cooler. Saturday looks to be a mainly cloudy day, with the occasional spot of light rain likely."

This Evening and Tonight
Most places staying dry with some clear spells, leading to a chilly rural dawn, particularly for Lanarkshire. However cloudier skies and scattered light showers across Argyll will extend to Ayrshire Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Wednesday
After a cloudy start across Argyll and Ayrshire with a few light showers, it will be a mainly dry day with plenty of sunshine developing. Light northwest breeze. Maximum temperature 18 °C.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday
Settled, mainly dry, with some sunny spells with Central Belt most favoured. One or two isolated showers are possible. Turning cooler.
