Glasgow Airport has asked passengers travelling this week to expect things to be busy as many will be flying to Seville to watch the Europa League final.
Rangers fans have been rushing to secure travel to the Spanish city, so much so that one Barrhead Travel have chartered a number of direct flights both to and from Seville for the event.
The airport has now asked that travellers arrive to the airport on time and prepared.
Glasgow Airport has also asked that people are patient as the airport may be busy in the lead up to the May 18 - the date of the final when Rangers face Eintracht Frankfurt in the Spanish city.
The airport requested that travellers book ahead to ensure that parking and lounge bookings are taken care of, minimising possible disruption.
It tweeted: "The airport will be busy over the next few days due to football fans travelling, so we ask that you please
- Be on time
- Be patient
- Be prepared for security
- Plan ahead - pre-book parking and lounges."
Responding to a commenter who has asked about what possible security wait times may look like, Glasgow Airport said: "Security queues depend on how many other flights are checking in around the same time as your flight.
"We are expecting a high volume of passengers due to football charter flights next week so please be prepared for security before you reach the search area."
