To help travellers heading out of the country for the first time 'in a while' Glasgow Airport issued advice on social media.
A statement was released on its official Facebook account.
It read: "Been a while since you've been to the airport?
"Here’s a quick and easy reminder of all you need to know."
Airport chiefs shared three tips all passengers should take note of to make their journey as simple and stress-free as possible.
The statement continued: "Be on time: not too early, not too late.
"Be organised: for security and document checks.
"Be patient: with passengers and staff."
