A Glasgow man has been banned from renting out his south side flat on Airbnb.
Navid Malik's neighbours complained that rowdy guests and loud music were making their lives a misery and he was ordered by Glasgow City Council to remove it from the platform.
But he appealed the decision to the Scottish Government, insisting that the four-bedroom flat - advertised for groups of up to 10 people on Queens Drive - was being 'used as a home' and no events were held there.
