Leeds United dropped to 16th in the Premier League table following their 4-1 loss to league leaders Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Both sides were unable to convert early first-half chances, with Gunners striker Gabriel Jesus' header just floating over the crossbar while Crysencio Summerville's one-two pass with Marc Roca saw a tame effort saved by Aaron Ramsdale at the 30-minute mark.
But it was Jesus who eventually broke the deadlock four minutes later from the penalty spot after Luke Ayling clipped the Brazilian who went down softly in the penalty area.

Halftime came and went before the hosts found their second - former Leeds star Ben White appearing at the back post to latch onto the end of Gabriel Martinelli's cross to rifle the ball into the roof of the net to make it 2-0.
Eight minutes later, Arsenal found another as a good move from Jesus and Trossard saw the Belgian winger fire the ball across the box into the path of Jesus who tapped it in from six yards out.
With 15 minutes to go, Rasmus Kristensen found his second goal in two games as his effort on goal was deflected by Oleksandr Zinchenko and into the back of the net to give Whites fans a slither of hope.
But a fantastic ball over the top by Martin Odegaard was nodded home by Granit Xhaka which left goalkeeper Illan Meslier rooted to his goal line with seven minutes to go.
