A Las Vegas, Nevada, man is due back in court later this week as prosecutors move forward with a triple murder case that began, according to police, after he spotted his girlfriend’s car parked near her ex-boyfriend’s vehicle. Juan Orona, 29, made his first court appearance last week and remains held at the Clark County Detention Center.
The victims were Orona’s girlfriend, 41-year-old Nohany Flores-Osuna, and her two children, 16-year-old Maiya and seven-year-old Noah. According to the Daily Mail, which cited an arrest report seen by 8 News Now, Orona had been dating Flores-Osuna for what he described as three to six months and was covering rent on the apartment where all three were found dead last Tuesday.
