A seven-year-old girl and a 43-year-old woman have been killed in a crash in Hampshire.
The pair were travelling in a red Ford Fiesta on the A3, just south of the Hindhead Tunnel, when the vehicle left the carriageway at about 10am on Thursday.
Both victims, who were from Portsmouth, were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
The southbound carriageway was closed for several hours while officers investigated.
