A five-year-old girl's dream holiday is in tatters after frustrating passport delays forced her family to cancel.

Stuart McLean expected to travel to Disneyland in Paris to mark his daughter's birthday.

Along with his wife, Claire and two young girls, they were counting down to the celebratory holiday in France.
