A nine-year-old girl was reportedly forced to eat out of a bin by a headteacher and dinner lady after throwing away unwanted food.
The CCTV footage shows the girl tossing a waffle into the rubbish bin before a member of school staff pulls it back out and wipes it down with a napkin.
The staff member from Palm Elementary School in Lorain, Ohio can then be seen giving back the food to the student and "forcing" her to eat it, according to a lawyer acting for her family.
