A seven-year-old girl has been mauled to death by stray dogs as she walked home from a music lesson.

Little Margarita Kanorskaya, the daughter of a military officer decorated by Vladimir Putin, was ambushed on a narrow lane in Russia ’s TransBaikal region and had no way to escape.

One leg was torn off and her face was mutilated.
