A teenager who took her own life had warned a nurse she “felt unable to keep herself safe” the day before she died, an inquest heard.
Faith Hindle, 13, was found hanged at her family home and was rushed to Royal Manchester Hospital, but medics were unable to save her from dying.
An inquest at Bolton Coroner's Court was told her family, school and GP had helped her access mental health support in the months before her death.
